Really great located Apartment! Crossing the street you are on the beach, where you will find equipped bathing establishment. The Condominium is also located on the main street of the Lido, near restaurant, shops and supermarkets.
The two-room apartment is composed by spacious living room with kitchenette, fridge and freezer, washing machine, TV, a sofa bed (one and half size), a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed , bathroom with shower box. In the living room there is a balcony, with outdoor furniture (table and chairs) and a glimpse of sea view.
Air conditioning in the living room, Mosquito nets on the window only in the bedroom.

Payment: Your reservation will be considered valid and definitive after paying a deposit corresponding 1/3 of the total amount. The deposit can be payed by postal order or bank transfer. Balance and tourist tax (in addition to final-cleaning cost) must be payed in our office at the time of the delivery of the key.

Tourist tax: (to pay locally by cash) € 0.30 per person per night until a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. For stays longer than 14 nights, our customer will pay a flat free calculated on 14 nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
FINAL COMPULSORY CLEANING: (To pay locally): Final cleaning: € 70,00 (compulsory). Cleaning and Disinfection will be performed by Certified Companies operating specifically in this industry.However, you are asked to return the accommodation in order, with kitcken equipment ( pots, glasses, plates, cutlery,...) clean.
Pets allowed: for the holiday with animals, where permitted, must be requested the permission to the Agency.
Pet-friendly:In case of stay with pet / pets You must previously request. For holiday with animals must be paid € 20,00 as a compulsory extra.
Arrivals and departures: The day of arrival our customers can reach their accommodations from 4 PM ( Check-in from 4 PM to 7 PM at our office). Check-out and delivery of the key no later than 10 AM.
